Record the exact address, project type, and any relevant context. Who is the owner? Who is the developer? Who is the lender? Who is the general contractor? The more context you can provide, the stronger your introduction will be.
RULE: Verify the address and project details before submission. Incorrect information wastes everyone's time.
Identify the most relevant signal type from the 7 categories. Assign timing relevance: Early / Active / Late / Closing. Closing means capital is about to commit and the undocumented condition could blow the timeline, spike the insurance cost, or create post-close liability.
RULE: When in doubt, assign the earlier timing level. Inflation of urgency damages network credibility.

When the principal engages NUVARIS for a formal diagnostic, your commission is triggered at the applicable tier rate. Standard: $7,500 package → $750. Priority: $12,500 package → $1,250. Engagement: Negotiated.
