OPERATIONAL FRAMEWORK

THE COMPOSE
PROTOCOL

Five steps. Every report. No exceptions. This is the operational standard that makes SENTINEL intelligence grade.

01
01

CAPTURE

Photograph the property from multiple angles. Minimum 3 photos: street view, violation close-up, and context shot. Use natural light when possible. Timestamp is automatic.

RULE: Never enter private property. Document from public right-of-way only.

02
02

OBSERVE

Document what you see, not what you interpret. Describe the physical condition using factual language. 'Facade shows significant spalling on northeast corner, approximately 4 square meters' — not 'building is falling apart.'

RULE: Accuracy is your professional reputation. False reports result in immediate network termination.

03
03

MAP

Record the exact address, GPS coordinates, and property type. Note adjacent properties and any relevant context — proximity to schools, hospitals, transit infrastructure.

RULE: Verify the address against a map application before submission.

04
04

POSITION

Identify the most relevant signal type from the 8 categories. Assign urgency level: Low / Medium / High / Critical. Critical means immediate safety risk to occupants or the public.

RULE: When in doubt, assign the lower urgency level. Inflation of urgency damages network credibility.

05
05

SUBMIT

Submit your completed report through the SENTINEL platform. Your report is reviewed, validated, and entered into the intelligence database. When NUVARIS 192™ renders are commissioned, your commission is triggered.

RULE: A complete COMPOSE report takes 8–12 minutes. Quality over quantity.
