4. Banking Information

Banking information you provide (routing number, account number, legal name) is used exclusively to initiate ACH credit payments from Modish Global Inc. to your designated bank account. This information is:

  • Stored with encryption at rest
  • Never shared with third parties except our payment processing infrastructure
  • Never used to debit your account without separate written authorization
  • Accessible only to authorized Modish Global Inc. personnel for payment processing purposes

5. Lead Data

Property lead data displayed on the Platform is sourced from public permit records and licensed third-party data providers. This data relates to property owners and development projects. We do not sell or license this data to third parties. SENTINEL representatives may only use this data for authorized outreach activities as described in the Terms of Service.

6. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose your information to:

  • Service providers who assist in operating the Platform (hosting, database, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations
  • Payment processors for ACH transactions
  • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect our legal rights

We retain your personal information for as long as your SENTINEL account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Banking information is retained for a minimum of 7 years for financial record-keeping compliance.
